Production Introduction
PET ALOx-01 is a transparent, high barrier, biaxial oriented polyester film, which is vacuum coated on corona treated side with ALOx, and a protect layer on top of ALOx. The other side is plain surface. Eco-friendly and sustainable.

Storage and Handling

1. The product should be stored in a tidy, dry and ventilated warehouse and should not be exposed to direct sunlight/light or heat sources.
2. The product should be packed completely before using to stop the penetration of water, or the product will be damaged by moisture.
3. The product is suitable for use within 6 months from date of manufacturing, only if stored in recommended condition.
4. The product should be handled gently and carefully to avoid the collisions or stop the paper core from damage.
5. Stable composite process is required.
6. The film tension should not exceed 2% elongation during production, otherwise the ALOx coating may crack and then affect performance.
7. When the product is used for extruded PE, the temperature cannot be too high and the extruded PE thickness cannot exceed 15mic, otherwise ALOx coating may crack.
8. The contents should not be over-acid, if PH<4, the acid will corrode ALOx coating.

Re: Yes, Sample are available. For normal products, samples are for free and you just need to bear the freight;

For those high value products, you just need to freight and certain product cost. When we both cooperate for

some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.

Re: T/T, L/C or Alibaba trade insurance. You can choose the one which is convenient for you.

Q3: How and when can I get my goods after payment?
Re: For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.)

or by air. Usually it will cost 3-5days that you can get the goods after delivery.For large quantity products,

shipping by see is worthwhile.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on

where the port is.

Q4: Is there any possible to use my appointed label or package?
Re: Yes. If needed, we'd like to use label or package according to your requirement.
